No.: SKY/SE/21-22/21 dated June 03, 2021 and clarification sought by BSE Limited, we wish to inform that the revised dates for closure of Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of Company from June 23, 2021 to June 28, 2021 (both days inclusive) for AGM and payment of Final Dividend (Re. 1/- per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each) for financial year ended March 31, 2021. The final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose name appear in the Company's Register of Members/beneficial owners as on the close of Tuesday, June 22, 2021. The payment of such dividend will be subject to deduction of tax at source and will be made on or after June 29, 2021. Pursuant to aforesaid mentioned Book Closure dates, any previous intimation made by Company in regards to Book Closure date/record date shall stand withdrawn.
