Approval of Audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2023; and2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.Further, with reference to the earlier letter dated March 31, 2023 and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window closure period for Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) of the Company has commenced from April 01, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2023.

29-May-2019 29-May-2019 Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 29, 2019, inter alia, has recommended final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2019 Rs. 4.75 (47.5%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved by the members shall be paid on or before September 11, 2019.
