Company have received in-principle approval from BSE vide Letter No. LOD/Bonus/BN-IP/CP/1126/2023-24 dated January 23, 2024 & NSE vide Letter No. NSE/LIST/39568 dated January 20, 2024 for issue and allotment of 9,89,34,000 Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each in the ratio of 1:1. 2. Any other business with permission of the Chair.
